Can someone recommend a program - if there is one - to delete all registry entries????? I mean, instead of using regedit, is there a prog out there that you can type in such reg entries (for said program etc) that it'll wipe the reg clean of it in one go?

I agree with Nathe about Ccleaner and I use him for years...You can also check Auslogics BoostSpeed, this program have powerful registry cleaning tool. I recommend System mechanic professional

Thanks Nathe and Nick for your comments. I do use CCleaner but it's not as good as it makes out to be LOL.

Oh well, I suppose I'll have to get rid of the program manually :( Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Mr T.. Registry cleaners are 95% snake oil. The other 5% will screw you up big time.

Honestly, don't go there unless you absolutely must. Far better to manually search for program entries. It's a PITA but far far safer.

One of the best sources of re-install business for me is machines trashed by regcleaners.

Agreed Mr Dai but it was a necessity as some way or another (done the main things LOL) a prog that I'm using 'phoned home' so I had to wipe it from reg - 10 mins!!!!! for a re-install.

Sneaky little sods eh?
Hope you managed to root it out ok. Some of these leave files and registry entries in some very strange places.
