We have had our internet down for 24 hrs'ish ... Virgin media comes out to fix it..

they install a new modem because the other one was not working, and..... this is the WTF moment.....

Freespirit comes on to TS and states to all present, " hi all, Ive only been online for half an hour, I think the modem was fucked, or it might have been the router"... WTF?????

whats so wrong in that , we have 2 fecking box things here i dunno what they do i may be a woman and know everyhting else but i dont know about boxes ;)
